Tinubu will make worst president if he returns to power – Baba-Ahmed

Former Special Adviser to President Bola Tinubu on Political Matters, Hakeem Baba-Ahmed, has said that Tinubu will make the worst president if he returns to power in 2027.

Baba-Ahmed made this remark on Tuesday during an interview on Channels Television’s ‘Political Paradigm’.

He said he had not seen any improvement in the record of President Tinubu since he resigned as the president’s adviser, adding that on the contrary he had seen a deterioration of things.

“Our nation has been a lot more insecure now than I left. What I see at home and on the street when people speak, the level of desperation, poverty is most pronounced, especially in the Northern part of the country.

“I see a president who is amassing all the politicians around him with the hope that those politicians are going to deliver him in the second term.

“That is poor thinking. It’s not strategic and it’s not Tinubu that we used to hear about.

“I’m sorry to say that I think President Tinubu will make the worst president if he returns to power in 2027,” he said.
