This 1991 Chevrolet R3500 Silverado was specified as a Bonus Cab pickup with a camper package and was modified by Western Hauler of Fort Worth, Texas, with a crew cab conversion. The truck remained registered in Alabama with the initial owner for approximately 25 years and was acquired by the seller in 2025. The body is finished in white with blue accents and has a windshield visor, clearance lights, illuminated running boards, a roof rack and spoiler, and a tubular tailgate, while the cab houses an aftermarket stereo, wood trim, cruise control, air conditioning, a CB radio, and front and rear seats trimmed in blue cloth. The vehicle rides on 16″ wheels and a dually rear axle, and power is provided by a 7.4-liter V8 linked with a four-speed automatic transmission. Work under current ownership included refinishing the clear coat and replacing the differential pinion seal and right fuel tank. This R3500 shows 98k miles and is offered with a clean Carfax report and a clean Mississippi title in the seller’s name.

The truck is finished in white with multi-tone blue accents, and the bed has a mat and a tubular tailgate. Additional details include a blue front bowtie, a front spoiler, a windshield visor, clearance lights, illuminated diamond-plate running boards, a roof rack and spoiler, window visors, a receiver hitch, a tow ball, dual fuel tanks, and a revised rear bumper. The seller reports the hood and the top of the truck were repainted, the clear coat was refinished, the windshield was replaced, and the windows were tinted under current ownership. Damage on the right bedside is visible along with areas of cracked paint and other blemishes along the body.

The 16″ eight-lug wheels are mounted with mixed Hercules and Hemisphere tires. The truck is equipped with a dually rear axle, and braking is provided by power-assisted front discs and rear drums. The seller states the pitman arm was replaced in 2026.

The front bucket seats and a rear bench are upholstered in blue cloth and are joined by color-coordinated interior surfaces and a white lower dashboard. An overhead console houses lighting, a Uniden CB radio, and a radar detector, and additional equipment includes a Western Hauler dash emblem, an aftermarket stereo, cruise control, power windows, air conditioning, and a wooden center console with cupholders and USB ports. The carpeting was replaced in 2025.

The wood-rimmed steering wheel is mounted to a tilting column and frames an 85-mph speedometer and supplementary gauges. The six-digit odometer shows 98k miles, approximately 1k of which were added under current ownership.

The 7.4-liter V8 was factory rated at 230 horsepower and 385 lb-ft of torque. Work under current ownership included changing the oil, flushing the coolant, and replacing the right fuel tank according to the seller.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission that received a fluid change under current ownership, and the seller reports the differential pinion seal was replaced at that time.

The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage.
