In conversation with TV Insider, DeKnight also teased what fans can expect if a Season 2 happens. He said, “Things go in some very unexpected directions.” He also expressed confidence in the possibility of another installment. “Worldwide, the show seems to be doing very well, so we’re just waiting for the green light. I know all the actors and the crew, we’re all chomping at the bit to get back to New Zealand and start shooting the next chapter,” he added.
