The battle for streaming dominance on Disney+ has a new winner as FX’s new horror show has surged ahead of Marvel’s Wonder Man. The Beauty has claimed the top spot on Disney+’s Top TV Shows chart dated February 9, 2026.

The Beauty’s streaming performance has placed the FX series at No.1. It overtook Wonder Man, which now sits at No.2 on the platform’s most-watched list. Despite being part of the Hulu segment on Disney+, viewers are watching it more than the platform’s original. The two highly anticipated titles had been closely competing for days, but the Substance replacement show ultimately pulled ahead (via Flix Patrol).

Moreover, the remaining titles rounding out Disney+’s Top TV Shows list include High Potential, Tell Me Lies, Bluey, and Grey’s Anatomy. Modern Family, Daughter of Fire, Haunted House Secrets, and Made in Korea make up the remainder of the list.

The Beauty tells the story of a sexually transmitted treatment that promises physical perfection while hiding lethal consequences. As international supermodels begin dying under mysterious circumstances, FBI agents Cooper Madsen (Evan Peters) and Jordan Bennett (Rebecca Hall) are dispatched to Paris to investigate.

Their search uncovers a vast conspiracy tied to a miracle drug known as “the Beauty.” It is engineered by a powerful tech billionaire referred to as “The Corporation” (Ashton Kutcher). As the epidemic spreads across Paris, Venice, Rome, and New York, the agents race to stop a global threat that could permanently alter humanity.

Ryan Murphy and Matthew Hodgson created and wrote the show. The American science fiction horror series is based on the comic book by Jeremy Haun and Jason A. Hurley. Also, the show premiered on FX and Hulu on January 21, 2026. It is produced by 20th Television.

By contrast, Wonder Man, released in full on Disney+ on January 27, 2026, remains a strong performer. The Marvel series follows Simon Williams (Yahya Abdul-Mateen II) and Trevor Slattery (Ben Kingsley). The duo navigates Hollywood and more under a ban on superpowered individuals working in film.
