Upasana Shares Emotional Video of Her and Ram Charan Welcoming Their Twins

It is known that actor Ram Charan and his entrepreneur-wife Upasana recently welcomed twins—a baby boy and a baby girl—on January 31, 2026, at Apollo Hospitals in Hyderabad.

On Monday night, Upasana shared an emotional inside video on social media. The clip captures the joyful moments from the delivery day. It includes footage of the couple arriving at the hospital. The same room where their first child, daughter Klin Kaara, was born in 2023, was chosen for the occasion. The family consulted an astrologer-cum-spiritual advisor, as well as an Energy Alchemist.

In a post, Upasana thanked the fans and well-wishers of her husband. "Every time I watch this video, my heart feels full. I am deeply grateful for the love, strength, and positivity that surrounds us. My family is truly blessed. To RC’s fans and well-wishers, I know your love comes from a place of goodness. I trust you will always protect our children and respect their safety. To everyone across the world who prayed for us — your blessings will be cherished forever," she added.

The highlight is the "priceless" reaction of Megastar Chiranjeevi, who waited patiently at the hospital. "Both the babies and the mother are healthy and doing well. Welcoming these little ones into our family is a moment of pure joy and divine blessing for us as grandparents. We sincerely thank everyone for their prayers, love, blessings and good wishes," the Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu actor wrote on X recently.
