The seller tells us that this 1960 Cadillac Series 62 convertible was purchased by their uncle in 1976 in Kansas and primarily used for local parades and car shows. The car is finished in red over red and white leather, and the 390ci V8 and four-speed Hydra-Matic automatic transmission are both said to have been rebuilt in 2022. Equipment includes a power-operated white convertible top, power steering, power-assisted brakes, 15″ steel wheels with Cadillac-crest covers, air conditioning, and an AM radio. The seller acquired the car in October 2025. This Series 62 is now offered at no reserve with a clean Colorado title in the seller’s name.

The car was finished at the factory in Pompeian Red (50), and exterior details include a replacement power-operated white convertible top, quad headlights, and tail fins with integrated taillights as well as chrome bumpers, window surrounds, and trim. The passenger window is broken.

The 15″ steel wheels wear Cadillac-crest covers and are mounted with thin whitewall tires. Power steering was standard, and braking is provided by power-assisted drums at each corner. The brake fluid was replaced in October 2025.

The cabin houses bench seating upholstered in red and white leather along with a color-coordinated dashboard, door panels, and carpeting. Features include air conditioning, a heater, and an AM radio. Wear and tear on interior surfaces is shown up close in the gallery.

The two-spoke steering wheel fronts a horizontal 120-mph speedometer and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows 78k miles, approximately 1k of which were added under current ownership.

The 390ci V8 was factory equipped with a four-barrel carburetor and was rated at 325 horsepower and 430 lb-ft of torque when new. The seller tells us that it was rebuilt in 2022, and that the oil and coolant were changed in October 2025.

The four-speed Hydra-Matic automatic transmission is said to have been rebuilt in 2022. The transmission fluid was changed in October 2025. Corrosion is present on underside components.
