NFL world reacts to Luke Kuechly being named to Pro Football Hall of Fame

Carolina Panthers great Luke Kuechly piled up the accolades throughout his decorated eight-year NFL career.

The former linebacker left the league with the 2012 Defensive Rookie of the Year Award, the 2013 Defensive Player of the Year Award, five first-team All-Pro nods, two second-team All-Pro nods and seven Pro Bowl selections. He also played a major role in three straight NFC South titles and a dominant run to an NFC championship in 2015.

But for all the honors, Kuechly had earned something that may be even more meaningful—respect.

From start to finish, Kuechly garnered the highest praise and admiration for his game. Whether it was from teammates, opponents or the fans, the appreciation Luke received felt second to none.

So, it’s only fitting that the props continued tonight—when Kuechly was officially named to the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
