This 2004 Ford Excursion Limited 4×4 has remained registered in California since new and is equipped with a K&N cold air intake, a Mishimoto aluminum radiator, a FIAMM twin-trumpet air horn, cross-drilled and slotted disc brakes, Bilstein shocks, rear air helper springs, and 20″ XD Series XD795 Hoss wheels. It has 160k miles after the seller’s purchase from the second owner in 2017 and is powered by a 6.0-liter Power Stroke turbodiesel V8 linked with a five-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case. The truck is finished in black over Medium Parchment leather, and the interior features heated power-adjustable front seats, power-adjustable pedals, cruise control, air conditioning, a CD stereo, and a rear-seat entertainment system. This Excursion is offered with the removed set of wheels, spare parts, service records, a Carfax report, and a clean California title in the seller’s name.

The truck is finished in black with matching bumpers and features a keyless entry pad, fog lights, front tow hooks, telescoping towing mirrors, running boards, rear parking sensors, a split tailgate, and a receiver hitch. A FIAMM “The Outsider” twin-trumpet air horn was installed in May 2022. An April 2010 entry on the Carfax report notes damage with no further information provided.

Gloss black 20″ XD Series XD795 Hoss wheels feature machined faces and are mounted with 305/50 General Grabber A/TX tires. The truck is equipped with manually locking front hubs, rear air helper springs, and a Bilstein steering damper and shocks. Front and rear cross-drilled and slotted brake rotors were installed in May 2022, and the pads were replaced in June 2025, at which time the brake booster was rebuilt.

The heated power-adjustable front captain’s chairs and second- and third-row bench seats are trimmed in Medium Parchment leather. Interior amenities include driver’s seat position memory settings, power-adjustable pedals, cruise control, air conditioning, a center console, a CD stereo, and a rear-seat entertainment system. The seller tells us that the front seat bottoms and armrests were recently reupholstered. The overhead console display is inoperative.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel is worn and frames a 100-mph speedometer, a 5k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for fuel level, oil pressure, transmission temperature, and coolant temperature. The digital odometer indicates 160k miles, approximately 55k of which were added under current ownership.

The 6.0-liter Power Stroke turbodiesel V8 was rated at 325 horsepower and 560 lb-ft of torque when new and has been fitted with a K&N cold air intake and a Mishimoto aluminum radiator. The #2 glow plug and module were changed along with the fuel filter in 2020. The serpentine belt was replaced in September 2021, glow plug #7 was changed in February 2023, and the #3 and #6 glow plugs and harnesses were replaced in July 2024. The oil was most recently changed in June 2025.

Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a five-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case.

The removed set of wheels are mounted with 265/70 BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO tires and will accompany the truck along with aftermarket headlights and other spare parts.

The Carfax report shows the aforementioned damage report.
