WorkSafe investigating hotel that lent Appelbee family kayak, paddleboards

WorkSafe is carrying out preliminary investigations into the Dunsborough hotel that hired the Appelbee family a kayak and two paddleboards on the day they were swept out to sea by rough conditions.
