This 1977 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am was purchased by the seller in 2022, and subsequent work is said to consist of rebuilding the engine and installing a Holley Sniper EFI system. The car is finished in Starlight Black over black vinyl and is powered by a 400ci V8 linked with a three-speed automatic transmission and a Safe-T-Track limited-slip differential. Equipment includes removable t-top roof panels, front disc brakes, power steering, 15″ gold-finished snowflake wheels, an aftermarket dual exhaust system, an Edelbrock intake manifold, an eight-track tape player, and aftermarket air conditioning system. This Firebird Trans Am is now offered with a service record and a clean Texas title in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in Starlight Black, and exterior equipment includes Firebird hood graphics as well as a front spoiler, removable t-top roof panels, a rear spoiler, and painted mirror caps. The Trans Am decals on the rear decklid are crooked, and paint and body blemishes are displayed in the gallery.

The 15″ gold-finished snowflake wheels are mounted with 225/70 BFGoodrich Radial T/A white-letter tires. The vehicle is equipped with power steering, and stopping power is provided by power-assisted front discs and rear drums. Suspension and brake overhaul details are displayed on an undated invoice in the gallery.

The seating surfaces are trimmed in black vinyl, which extends to the door panels. Amenities include an engine-turned dash fascia, a full-length center console, an eight-track tape player, and aftermarket air conditioning. The headliner is sagging and loose and the interior light cover is missing.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel fronts a 100-mph speedometer, an analog clock, and a fuel-level gauge. The five-digit odometer shows 89k miles, approximately 200 of which were added under current ownership.

The 400ci V8 is said to have been rebuilt in 2025 and it features a Holley Sniper EFI system, an Edelbrock intake manifold, a CVF Racing serpentine drive system, and an aluminum radiator with an electric fan.

Power is routed to the rear wheels through a three-speed automatic transmission and a Safe-T-Track limited-slip differential. The transmission was resealed and an aftermarket dual exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers has been fitted.
