This 1950 Oldsmobile Futuramic Series 88 is one of 9,127 convertible examples produced for the model year and was refurbished circa 1997. The body is finished in red and is complemented by a power-operated white soft top and a red vinyl boot cover, and the car is powered by a 5.7-liter LT1 V8 linked with a four-speed automatic transmission. The cabin is outfitted with red leather bench seats and aftermarket air conditioning, and additional equipment includes a tilt steering wheel, front disc brakes, body-color steel wheels, full wheel covers, power steering, and Flowmaster mufflers. Acquired by the selling dealer in 2025, this Futuramic 88 convertible is now offered with a clean Arizona title.

The car is finished in red, and exterior details include a replacement power-operated white convertible top, a red vinyl boot cover, a hood ornament, and brightwork on the grille, bumpers, and trim. The car was refurbished in 1997, per the selling dealer.

Body-color 15″ steel wheels wear chrome covers and are mounted with Firestone whitewall tires. The car is equipped with power steering, and braking is provided by front discs and rear drums.

The bench seats are trimmed in red leather and are joined by color-keyed carpets and door panels. Aftermarket air conditioning has been installed, and the analog clock and radio do not work.

The tilting steering wheel fronts a half-moon-style instrument cluster that includes a nonfunctional speedometer and supplementary gauges. Aaftermarket readouts for voltage and coolant temperature are mounted below the dashboard. The five-digit odometer shows 2,000 miles, and the total mileage is unknown.

The 5.7-liter fuel-injected LT1 V8 was installed circa ~1997, per the selling dealer, who tells us the fuel tank and pump have been replaced, along with the belts and hoses.

Power is routed to the rear wheels through a four-speed 4L60E automatic transmission and a 10-bolt limited-slip rear axle. The dual exhaust system is equipped with Flowmaster mufflers.
