This 1990 BMW K100LT is finished in Red Metallic and is powered by a liquid-cooled 987cc horizontal inline-four linked to a five-speed transmission and an enclosed driveshaft. Features include electronic fuel injection, antilock disc brakes, alloy wheels, a front fairing, a clear windscreen, an engine guard, a Corbin two-up seat, an integrated passenger backrest, a touring trunk, and hard-sided panniers. Acquired by the seller in 2019, this K100LT shows 19k miles and is offered at no reserve by the seller on behalf of the current owner with an owner’s manual, factory luggage, and a clean California title in the owner’s name.

The bodywork is finished in Red Metallic (575). Details include a front fairing, integrated front turn signals, fairing-mounted mirrors, a three-piece windscreen, a black engine guard, a contoured Corbin two-up seat, an integrated passenger backrest, a touring trunk, color-matched panniers, and both center and side stands. Close-up photos of blemishes in the paint are presented in the gallery.

Silver-finished 18″ front and 17″ rear alloy wheels are mounted with Metzler LaserTech tires. Suspension consists of a conventional fork as well as a monoshock secured to the Monolever single-sided swingarm, which doubles as the driveshaft enclosure. Antilock braking is handled by triple discs featuring perforated front rotors.

The black-finished handlebar carries bar-end weights and foam rubber grips. Instrumentation consists of a 160-mph speedometer and a tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline as well as digital clock and gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. A factory AM/FM stereo is housed in the inner fairing. The six-digit odometer shows 19k miles, approximately 2k of which were ridden under current ownership.

The liquid-cooled 987cc horizontal inline-four was factory rated at 90 horsepower and 63 lb-ft of torque and features Bosch LE-Jetronic fuel injection and dual overhead camshafts.

Power is sent to the rear wheel through a five-speed transmission and an enclosed driveshaft.

The engine number LBM098745L737892220″ is shown above, and the engine number on the current California title reads “LBM098645L737892220.”
