I assumed this Windows feature was useless — I was wrong

I won’t lie, I never used to care about some Windows’ built-in tools. I knew they existed, but I was also sure that I didn't need them. Storage Sense was one such feature. A simple toggle buried deep in the settings that promised to automatically free up space for me. It sounded okay. But I’ve always looked at it as something too basic to use or too aggressive to trust. Years later, it turned out I was wrong on both counts.
