1961 Porsche-Diesel Super 329 Tractor

This 1961 Porsche-Diesel Super 329 underwent a refurbishment before it was purchased by the seller out of a collection in Bavaria, Germany, and imported to the US in 2025. The tractor is finished in red with a beige-painted grille and wheels, and it is powered by an air-cooled 2,467cc three-cylinder diesel paired with a dual-range four-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes headlights, taillights, turn signals, a rear power take-off shaft, a three-point hitch with a draw bar, a fold-down rear pin hitch, a roll bar, and a rear-facing two-passenger bench seat. This Porsche-Diesel 329 tractor is now offered in Naples, Florida, on a bill of sale.

The Porsche-Diesel Super 329 was introduced in the early 1960s and remained in production until 1963. The body and chassis of this example were repainted in red with beige grilles under previous ownership, and equipment includes headlights with black buckets as well as turn signals, a hinged engine cover, Porsche-Diesel badging, a roll bar, hooded taillights, and a fold-down rear pin hitch with a Porsche-branded cap.

The steel wheels were repainted in beige under previous ownership, and they are accented by red hubs. They wear 6.00-16 front and 12.4-32 rear BKT agricultural tires. Stopping is from independent rear drum brakes.

The spring-suspended steel operator’s seat is finished in beige, and it is topped with a black and brown seat pad. Controls consist of a hand throttle, a transmission shifter, a power take-off lever, a handbrake, and brake pedals. A rear-facing two-person wood bench with Porsche-Diesel lettering is mounted between the fenders.

The three-spoke steering wheel sits ahead of an instrument panel that houses a VDO proofmeter and engine temperature gauge as well as ignition and starter controls, a headlight switch, and a power outlet. The hour meter shows 3,900 hours of runtime, approximately five of which were added under the seller’s ownership.

The air-cooled 2,467cc three-cylinder diesel is equipped with Bosch mechanical fuel injection, and power is sent to the rear wheels via a dual-range four-speed manual transmission. The seller reports that the engine was rebuilt in 2021, and that an oil change was last performed in May 2025.

The tractor is equipped with a hydraulically actuated three-point hitch, a draw bar, and a power take-off shaft. A trailer wire harness connection is mounted on the chassis.
