This 2006 Mercedes-Benz E350 wagon has been registered in California since new, and it was purchased in 2024 by the current owner, who is the third registered owner. The car is finished in Platinum Blue Metallic over Ash MB-Tex and is powered by a 3.5-liter V6 paired with a seven-speed automatic transmission. Equipment includes bi-xenon headlights with Active Curve Illumination, a sunroof, roof rails, 16″ seven-spoke alloy wheels, heated power-adjustable front seats, fold-down third-row seating, Keyless Go keyless entry, and a Harman Kardon LOGIC7 surround sound system. This E350 wagon has 88k miles and is now offered by the seller on behalf of the owner at no reserve with a clean Carfax report and a clean California title in the owner’s name.

The car is finished in Platinum Blue Metallic (353) and features bi-xenon headlights with Active Curve Illumination and washers as well as a power-retractable sunroof, a rear window wiper, a power-operated tailgate, roof rails, and fog lights.

The 16″ seven-spoke alloy wheels are mounted with Michelin tires, and stopping power is provided by ventilated discs at each corner.

The heated power-adjustable front seats and split-folding second-row seats are upholstered in Ash MB-Tex, while woodgrain trim accents the dashboard, center console, and door panels. Interior equipment includes Keyless Go keyless entry, front-seat position memory settings, a Harman Kardon LOGIC7 surround sound system, an in-dash six-CD changer, dual-zone automatic climate control, cruise control, side-window sunshades, and COMAND infotainment with navigation.

The rear-facing bench seat stows flat into the cargo area floor, and the car is equipped with a retractable cargo cover.

The wood- and leather-trimmed steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 6,400-rpm redline as well as an analog clock and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 88k miles, approximately 15k of which were added under current ownership.

The 3.5-liter M272 V6 was factory rated at 268 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed automatic transmission.

The Carfax report is free of accidents or other damage.
