Joey Bosa has never played with his brother Nick in the NFL.

This could be the offseason that changes for the star pass rushers from Ohio State.

Nick remains under contract with the San Francisco 49ers, where he's coming off a torn ACL.

Joey played the 2025 season with the Buffalo Bills, his first campaign away from the Chargers, but now he's heading for free agency.

Buffalo may want Joey back. He was a quality player for the Bills this season.

But if he chooses to leave, San Francisco seems like a logical landing spot beyond just the fraternal reason.

In fact, CBS Sports writer Zachary Perales predicts that Joey will land in the Bay Area.

"The Bosa brothers reunite as San Francisco adds a much-needed pass rusher," Perales writes. "Nick Bosa and Mykel Williams are both coming off a torn ACL, and the elder Bosa would be a help as a situational player."

Joey played in 15 games for the Bills in 2025. He had 5.0 sacks and a league-leading five forced fumbles.

In his career, the older Bosa brother has 77.0 NFL sacks.

Neither he nor his brother have had great health through their careers, but maybe combining them will ensure at least one Bosa brother on the field most of the time.

And if there are snaps when they can both be out there, that'd surely create some quality synergy between pass rushers.
